    Default Evergreen today 10/24

Bad and strange fishing day. Water temp is 58°. Only 1 crappie in 5 hours and it was smaller than a tater chip. The strange part is this. Some schools were 5 ft deep over 15 ft water. Other schools were on the bottom in 20 ft of water. They were absolutely not in a feeding mood. We pulled crankbaits, casted jigs, and vertically jigged. Nothing was interested today.

Some days are like that and they just don’t want to eat. That one kept you from a skunk though and days like that, I’m happy to have one.
