That spot is a huge no no to keep fish from , there is some kinda raw sewage thing near it with some kind of concrete breather that is stained in poop color and smells BAD like raw sewage…
It is obvious from it’s location about 25 foot away from the river that when it does whatever, it spills right into the river
Some folks are just flat stupid I swear
