    Default Jig Clamp

Watched a Video on making one a couple days ago. 3/4" angle aluminum some high temp silicone sheeting (ie silicone baking pad), a coupe 1/4-20 hex head bolts or a couple big head 1/4-20 screws about 3/4" in length, as well as a couple 1/4 -20 metal wing nuts. Silicone baking pads will be here today, the rest will come from Lowes on the 1st. Total cost is about $8.00 ea. give or take a bit for uncle sams unfair share...
On YouTube the video is How-to make a jig rack-No more sagging paint made by SDG Custom Lure Craft

Those matts from amazon are $17 and some change for 2. One is big enough to make 4 or 5 clamps using 2 strips each cutting the matt top to bottom. 4' of angle will yeild 4 sets of 2 for clamps And 12 bolts and wing nuts (3 per clamp), will yeild 4ea. 6" clamps. I'll probably only use 2 at a time, and have 2 spares...

I made some like those years ago and they have held up well over the years i added springs between the wingnut and angle iron once you get the tension set you rarely have to adjust it just push the hook in the groove and let the spring do the work to hold them.
