    Default Queso ,,,,,,dillas ....

the tortillas are TOO big for the big cast iron , but we still managed
hatch chiles , shredded chicken ,mozzarella cheese, onions and some garlic powder and a touch of black pepper ....
a watermelon salad with a watermelon water (Agua de Sandia)
some sour cream , guacamole , and nice medium salsa ...
for it's simplicity it was just WOW good ....
did a half ranch half honey mustard on the ensalada ....
    KABOOM for darn sure

Yes, that would be my portion you would have had to make another for everyone else. Very taste to be sure.

Very nice. I frequent the supermercado here. Love me some queso fresco, panela, and asadero cheese in mine. Can't get enough. This evening, ensalada de pepino (cucumber salad) while the garden still produces. Carne asada (flank steak) included on fresh flour tortillas. Finish up with Blue Bell pecan praline ice cream.

mine a far cry from fresh bro , they were on sale though at 2 lbs. for a DOLLAR !
so I put 2 lbs. in a brown paper sack in the frig a few weeks ago , they are kinda slowly dehydrating ....
but boy do they have a great flavor and they are not really hot peepers in most cases

we make them mostly with mozzarella cheese , but we have been known to change it up , sometimes we use other cheeses too.
my good news is I supply a tortilla and chip manufacturer with packaging and can get mine a day old or so easily .
most tortillas and chips by the time the get to the general public in the big chain stores are months old , some of the mercados though might have homemade versions that are fresher than regular store bought .
