Thread: PowerPole paddles

I just bought a boat and they came with powerpoles. I have installed drift paddles on them as I long line fish a lot and need boat control in the wind. My question is can I trailer the boat with the paddles on the powerpoles or do I need to remove them to travel. It seems if I turned them parallel with boat and strapped the bottom they would ride alright going down the road. Looking for answers from fisherman who use them. Thank you.

I have them but prefer to take them off especially when running interstate. only one pin to pull and twist two rubber pieces to remove . Takes less than 2 minutes to remove plus I like using the slip on cover to protect my power poles
