    most folks cannot take that much heat , that stuff is a beast , best used for self defense ......

    best go easy with them , some say roasting brings the heat up a notch more ....not sure , but am sure if you use too many it won't be edible ....
    we have some varieties of peppers in these parts we use, that require ONLY one in the recipe, or you just made liquid fire that cannot be eaten by normal humans

    I love hot sauces. But I get sick just trying to cut fresh jalapeno's. Physically sick. I won't try any thing stronger that I have to prepare myself. I just stick to store bought hot sauces. Ghost pepper too hot for me. Habanera is about my limit.

    sometimes the peppers in these parts will get to ya bad when ya cook them , the hotter they are the worse it gets ....
    the vapors will burn the nose and eyes .....not a good thing for sure
