    Don't know of any solutions to that. The 34 has a much smaller dead area than the 32 does
    Best I could do was learn to fish around it the best I could.
    I moved on to Lowrance Active Target 2 and have been very please for open water fishing.

    I removed my LS setups last week and may consider an active target. Thanks for stimulating my brain to do some research

    Well good news! Garmin did end up warrantying the transducer ONLY because we showed them this thread where they have warranted the same thing! Super helpful forum and thread. Thank you Roy!!!
