Looks and sounds delicious.
Since we have fresh peaches & lots of pecans I ask my wife about pancakes. She wanted waffles, I said that's fine and went out to the shop. When I returned in a few minutes I ask if she wanted me to peel and puree the peaches and she agreed. Well I wasn't paying attention to the fact the griddle was heating up I just ask if she wanted the waffle iron. To my surprise I was getting the pancakes.
After cooking all the pancakes (we flash freeze them and reheat in the Air Fryer) & some sausage I snuck one to taste, the peach flavor was mild but very present and mixed with the pecans fantastic.
I decided to go powdered sugar, the maple syrup seemed a bit too overpowering on the peach flavor. She cut the buttermilk with 2% milk so the buttermilk flavor was softened too. Even in making peach wine you really have to put a lot of peaches, more than any other fruit.
If I die from a Deadly Sin it will be Gluttony!
