I hope all my friends and customers in East Texas made it through yesterday as we had a large tornado outbreak all around us. I hope everybody made it through. OK. We have a lot of debris in the yard and a lot of trees down all over the place.. and of course we do not have any power. We are running on generator. We’re over 24 hours still going don’t know when the electricity will come back on here.
Glad you're ok and things weren't any worse. Prayers sent for you Bob and everyone in storms path.

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
I totally Feel your Pain, I'm still cleaning up trees from the one that hit us 3 months ago. Prayers for all there. Live near the coast this is the price we pay for living in the South. I couldn't live anywhere else and be remotely happy.

Survival of those events is hard enough, then pile on no power and clean up! Mother Nature sure seems angry with a group of states in that area, eh?
About 6 inches of rain and winds about 25-30 for a while, on Lake Palestine. Very surprised we didn't lose power

I live kinda near Sam Rayburn Lake. Made it through with no damage or trees down but we lost power yesterday morning and it's still out. Tomorrow by 8pm is their best estimate. East Texas in the Piney woods "Texas Forest Country" and we lost quite a few trees and limbs. Winds here were higher than expected, gusts to 63. The generator quit a few minutes ago. I thought "uh-oh!"
Took a good look and the plug wire had vibrated off. Pushed it back on good and she's running good again. Thank you Lord!
92 degrees and only a fan is tolerable until you lose the fan!
Keeping the freezer and fridge going along with the wifi so we're OK.
MCG1 thanked you for this post
Hope you guys are all safe!!
