Nice catches and sounds enjoyable. Thanks for sharing

With a projected high of 95 and a heat index of triple digits I decided to give it a try today .
The sun was playing peekaboo from behind the clouds and a nice breeze was blowing that helped .
When I arrived I was surprised how much lower the water had dropped since my last visit just five days ago .
If it continues, I’ll be able to jig under the dock soon .
I took three rods , my 4’11” Major Craft Finetail Glass, my 4’11” Graywolf glass , and my Palms Quattro 4’10” .
My jigs were .3g tungsten bead head streamer jigs , in dark olive with a 3mm copper colored bead .
I caught fifteen total , most during the first hour .
Rating the rods for fun factor, the Graywolf was number 1 and cast the micro jigs father than the other two . With the Major Craft a close second .
First picture is my fishing hole . From the end of the dock to the corner of the pocket next to the downed tree .
It’s one of the few places I could stand in the shade while I fished .

Some pretty colors on those. Good that you can find a little shade. I’m sitting here contemplating going or not, slept in til 7 this morning.
