Default A panoptic transducer is disconnected

The other day my livescope started doing this. I could wiggle the plug and it would work for the rest of the day. Now it's gone completely out.Name: 20240704_121811.jpg

I checked the black box the light goes from solid red to blinking red, then green for just a second. Then back to red

I changed to sonar or side view the light on the black box blinks green consistently.
    What's wrong?

You need a new cable to unit, small to big connector.

Well now that you said extension, i am not sure what cable you have going from the unit to the next connection. If you could get a length and a picture of each end that would help the search.

I'll check it out. I might have to remove the plywood casting deck to get to the cable.

Unfortunately youll have to anyways to replace it if its buried. It absolutely sounds like a bad cable/connector though. If you are tech savy you could put a new rj45 connector on your cable but it requires special tools and really good eyes (thats why i buy my cables!).

From the black box you have a cable with small connectors, and then an adapter cable with one small and one large connector that would typically go to the head unit, its about 2-3 foot long. Im not sure where your extension is, i am not familiar with the livescope extension.
