Thread: Woodruff and Dexter

I just realized I had not replied to this thread! ?

We did pretty well. Best I remember we caught around 10 per day and they were all good ones. Pretty stayed on Woodruff but did hit Dexter 1 day. Caught several over the 2 pound size.

Went back around the 2 week of March ( my son was home from his Army deployment to Saudi Arabia). This was his time down there and he loved it, once I got him how to fish for crappie. He mainly fishes for bass and has that aggressive hook set action! . Did fair that trip. Averaged around 8-10 per day but not as big on average.

Was and is still real good but the water level in the lake is lower than I’ve ever seen it for such an extended time. Barely able to get my boat out of my dock and I don’t draw more than 8”.
