    Default burn that moo moo

she said they need to be a perfect medium .....
I said ...do NOT hold my beer
    and just watch this .......
I would try to go into the gory details of how ridiculous good they turned out ...
but in the end , if you have a slight clue and few killer cuts of moo moo ....
and have ever burnt a moo moo before , then you likely know full well ...
just how mouth watering ridiculous good they were over an open pecan wood fire ......just wow good

You can cook on a fire I give you that. I cook steak on a TECH Grill and it is so hot it will singe the hair on your arm if you reach in too far. Moo Moo takes HEAT, your fire looks as perfect as your Steaks do my Friend. Well done on the execution cooking not the steak, I like a Ribeye a bit on the Rare side.

I like mine with a lil more moo too bro , but the women folks said NO BLOOD on the plate please .....
over the years I have been blessed with friends that cook really well caveman style , some of them fellas can outright kill a steak , they got all kinds of cool tricks up their sleeves , they got special fire pits they had made and they love mesquite and even have them there really odd looking pigtail just for steaks tools .....
they taught me a few things that ring true , really hot coals is one thing they were fond of and making a fire big enough to see from outer space to get said bed of coals just right was always in play as well ....
