Wife and I enjoyed the video Mike. Too many folks think crappie won’t bite a crank since Livescope came along.

Now that looked like a lot of fun. Wish I could find them like that. Keep those videos coming. I like to watch & learn.

Funny thing is that I was pulling cranks for the first time this weekend and don't recall the "livescope" jig fishers catching anything, and I really didn't use mine but a couple of times to look back and confirm something that I saw on 2D and Side imaging on one of my passes of an area. I'm liking this method to take the kids and guests out on hot summer mornings.
Anyone use hi vis yellow braid pulling cranks?? Wonder if the cranks can still get down to depth ok without added weight.
According to the Precision Trolling app, the same size braid can get deeper with the same amount of live vs mono when I looked up Bandit 300. Of course, running thicker of either one varies the calculation. With that being said, I’m using Hi-Vis mono only because I’m a beginner pulling cranks.
If I'm not at work or taking kids to their activities, you might find me on "The Rez" fishing. If not there, I could be in the garage working on my boat.
