My 16’ rods already stick out the back of my boat while running around; another 1.5’ might be out past the end of the outboard cover on my 18’ boat with a 150 hp outboard.

If I'm not at work or taking kids to their activities, you might find me on "The Rez" fishing. If not there, I could be in the garage working on my boat.sinkermaker LIKED above post
just wow ....rods longer than a boat .....just wow .....

Southern Crappie Rods might be the best kept secret in the scope game. Obviously they made a name in trolling rods.
As for the length, when you need it, you need it. You don't always, but when you do, you know.
Good stuff Gobbler! You already know I'm going to make Ed earmark me two of them lol

Nice. I moved away from my Southern Crappie rods to ACC crappie stix due to the rod weight. Might have to give these a look.
Sorry don't know about American market, but definitely not the lightest or longest available out of Japan. I get that most are not shopping for rods out of Japan but I'm ruined after experiencing Japan quality rods. Way to heavy for an old man like me. Scott
