why not , used to eat them as a young man back when ....
Taco bueno had them in the late 70eez ....
taco meat on a bun ....
our version was dressed to impress though , not just meat on a bun ...
had some left over taco meat
    has some left over buns
    had american cheese
    had the veggies
had a few red potatoes too ....
to say they were good is not fact
they were REALLY good . I stopped at ONLY 2 due to waist line issues ....just saying

kinda similar to a dry version of a sloppy joe , no sauce ....mayo on one side of the bun helps the meat stay in there .....

I used to make something similar when I was younger too, just with whatever I had on hand. It wasn’t quite the fancy version you made, but it was still delicious. I remember adding taco meat, cheese, and all the classic veggies, then throwing it on a toasted bun.

Lately, I’ve been into making my own taco seasoning and using more natural food options, like organic veggies and meats from local sources. It really changes the flavor and makes everything taste so much fresher. I tried making a taco burger with some leftover roasted potatoes once, and it turned out amazing. Definitely made me realize how simple ingredients can elevate a dish.

Taco Pizzas are good too but I'll take the Taco Burger today and gladly pay you Tuesday.
