Failure happens
Did not find fish quite as well as I had hoped in short water .
Did find fish in short water , just not enough to make me think they were doing the deed in that spot just yet .
Soon is my guess and I will try not to be such a failure in the near future
KABOOM ....
p.s. the wife thinks the failure was due to my pink and blue shirt , just saying

wasn't a huge failure , but it made me aware again of the unpredictable nature of the spawn , the failure was in the notion I was gunna rip em right and left and walk off with a smoking rod in my hand , dint happen ....
now mind you this , we hit 6 different locations looking and found the crappie at 2 of them in short water , just not in the numbers I was hoping for ...
