Good looking racks for sure. Had to wait until I was 71 to get a “Fishing Shop” but get it I did. You can see the rod rack next to the boat. Not a rolling rack but it holds 24 rods. Seven hundred square feet of space for fishing gear. Got to admit it is nice to have space for what I have. Life is good!

    Regards

I like your idea and have also built some a lot like it. One even had a two gun rest for when they’re being cleaned and you need a place to put em. That one was built out of white oak. But like many of those already spoken, I then ran out of floor space and gathered too many rods. I started doing this over twenty years ago and I haven’t damaged or broken a rod since. You do nice work too, they look to be furniture quality.

we dun ran out of room in our garage about 27 times in the last 10 years or so ....
you might have to crawl over things literally to find what ya want in our 2.5 car garage .....
it makes me cry sometimes , AND there isn't any way to "organize" it to make it better for sure ,
but when I want to find something that is lost in that mess ....I just ask my wife .....

That happened years ago, I probably have 20 long poles on the ceiling.

Well I decided I needed to thin the herd so for the people who let me fish there private ponds, I gave them a handfull of rod/reel combos to let guest use. Hopefully this will insure my fishing rights for years to come!

16 is a good start, but what about all my saltwater, bass, and catfish rods?
