I was not talking about trolling are you saying wind or boat speed? It comes across as boat speed to me.

Just to expand on this a little further, the tungsten will provide brighter returns when Live Scoping than lead does, making it a little easier to see. I also run 1 sinker stop on top of the weight and 2 below it. For the most part this will prevent the sinker from sliding down the line on the hookset.

It's a great product. Brother I ran a new rig on Sunday that is the new way I'm Crappie fishing for a while now. I may decide to make a video on it but am mentally thinking of hoarding the idea for my mind only for now.

Do you ever drop and get your lure to wrap around the top of your line by the weight or leader & have to re-drop when you use a 1/16 jig with a 1/4 weight?

Not very often. Miss-fires do happen tho'.

Years back there was an article in the local paper about a retired pastor who caught a limit of crappie every day for a year. Now that's an accomplishment! Imagine the weather and stuff he endured to just be out there every day, much less limit out each day.

He mostly fished one rig, a Little Fishy on a 1/32 oz bare jighead with a small hook fished a foot under a 1/2 oz weight to get it down fast. Folks would go into the local bait shop and ask for the rig by his name (which I've forgotten now). I fished it for some years, it works. I need to go back to it, haven't been doing great on fish numbers lately.
