    Default Great day sightseeing

Charlie took me to new to me lake. Former small towns city lake turned into a great family place. Really nice house overlooking and we used his John boat and TM
Looked perfect just like my exs place I fished for years. Unfortunately all we managed going all around ed was bunch of smaller bass. Owner wanted us to toss them so we did.

But then he took me to a great lil Cafe at auction place and had great meal. Then we started going to a few small towns and high vista's on a voyage of discovery. Went to another former city lake reputedly having excellent fishing that was sold that I happen to be acquainted w new owners. Looked great and will have to get permission to fish. Was given lots o local history.

Then back to starting point. Headed back to my house and time to hit my lake again. Started ketchn and some good ones quickly. Had a good mess when I went by launch area and ran across nice couple. Lady said she would like to smoke some fish but didn't know if they could ketchm. So of course I offered my bucket and they were delighted. Had 8 good ones so that should give them a good supper.

Lil disappointed as lake Looked so great expectations were high. turned out very nice time with a buddy. Oh well at least I had my home lake come thru.

It's a win/win/win situation. I get big smiles, get to ketch a mess o fish and then don't have to clean them. everyone wins.

when we first got our lake place WE were the ones who were on that bank not knowing how to getrdone. so giving a good supper to someone you don't know is paying it forward.
