Default Bald Knob Continues to Produce

Bald Knob still producing. Only there about an hour. Used a low ratio Daiwa 21 Presso 1000S to slow twitch a Sow Bug colored Trout Magnet on a 1.5 gram Gekkabijin jig head # 6 hook. I mean I was barely creeping the jig along. Had a ball catching these fish! Rod was Lunakia 63 LML…Varivas Twitch Master 3# test nylon. I love my trout fishing but bluegill and shell cracker really do it for me. Nothing like a hit on UL gear from a big shell cracker!

Very nice. Sure is a good find on that dock and appears not much going on around you.

I found a little dock like that last year that had 8-9” bluegills bedding next to it . Had a ball with my 2 weight flyrod . I need to get back down there one day .

Excellent fish. I’d like to have a place like that I could visit. That’s the retrieve I’ve been using and it is a thrill when they get after it. Sometimes a tap tap and sometimes it’s full on smack. Great fun! Enjoy while they’re there.
