    Default Glow colors

Does it really make a difference to the fish if you have a glow in the dark jig or plastic Bait..?

Can't speak for the fish but it surely catches a lot of fishermen, myself included

Have always used dark colors at night with great success!
same as what Jack said! I think it will appeal to fishermen/woman more than it does to the fish!
    Too blessed to be stressed!

All that being said. If fishing glow gives one confidence in the lure. They will fish longer and harder ensuring a better chance of success

Non-glow in the dark, such as fluorescent colors have caught mini fisherman. Such as you guys tie up a lot of jigs using fluorescent colors in your jigs all it does is make them look pretty. try to use more natural colors you’ll catch more fish and of course the action has a lot to do with it.

For hand ties Gray Ghost and a red thread neck with white marabou has caught the most fish for me

I don't know fluorescent has caught an awful lot of fish for me. Gray Ghost as well but fluorescent can be seen. See below links with threads from Skip.
