Did a trial on my latest trip out of shooting a double jig rig and it worked. Didn’t score a double catch but I did find out that it’s possible when using the smaller weighted jig heads. Just wanted to pass it along or see if anyone else has tried it out? Little video of it in action down below and had one catch on the upper jig. Be blessed and thanks for checking it out.

Yeah I started thinking that most guys like shooting 1/32 or heavier for a better distance shot. So I thought I would try shooting two 1/64 jig heads see what happens. It shot good and I’m gonna keep experimenting to see if I end up with a double. Some went for the upper and some the lower this trip.

I will have to give it a try sometime. A lot of the docks I shoot are floating. Only a couple of inches between the floats

Never have got the hang off dock shooting , but don’t go and think I can’t sling a jig WAY under one , loves flicking it with the wrist a country mile is my Native American name ....
Have tried double dealing but it often gets tangled in the high velocity needed to sling it way up under there

Oh yeah that’s cool I have seen the slinging method one of the guys I work with prefers that over shooting. I was skeptical of it for sure but the lighter weight seemed not to get tangled but gonna just continue experimenting with it. Thanks for checking it out.
