    Default Stonefly Tie

Only tied one so far on a Umpqua U106 bend shank hook, size 10, 4mm tungsten bead. Used Fly Fish Foods micro chenille and MFC Sexi legs. Very easy tie.

Although I'm tying this for trout I can't help but think the pan fish and bass would tear it up. I'm going to tie several more patterns including a larger size 8 on a euro style jig hook. Name: 20221113_215448.jpg

Great. Absolutely a multi-species killer. Looks like a well tied Pat's Rubber leg variant!

Looks good. Anything that sees it will try to eat it.

I’m thinking that the smallies will not turn away from it, or most anything lose! Real nice work.
