    Default Chile pie


    I had a thought go through my head the other day. That’s usually how it goes cuz there ain’t much in there to slow em down. Anyway, the idea was to have a get together after the ramps get opened here on Monroe and have a big pot of Chile cookin for when everyone gets done fishing. Low key, just fellowship and fun. For those of you that don’t know, Chile pie is a styrofoam cup with some Fritos in the bottom and Chile piled on top of it. I’m thinking a couple of crock pots of Chile and a couple of bags of Fritos and we’re all done. I’m thinking maybe mid January. Let’s hear it, tell me your thoughts.

    OK, I just found out it’s Chili. Whatever!
