    Default Favorite Jig Head Color for Longlining


    Thinking about painting up some heads for Longlining on Lake Talquin. Have any of you guys noticed that colored heads produce better? I usually just use them silver but thought about painting some for next spring. If you think that painting them makes a difference, then what is your favorite color?

    If I understand the science, white is most visible to the fish. Tight Lines.

    I mostly use white and chartreuse when I use color, but also drag a lot of plain lead heads.
