    Yeah when you have the supplies it’s easier to risk losing it. My buddy was upset today about losing a blue one I tied for him. I told him no biggie I can make more.

    Black or brown head, tan or orange ostrich here body wrapped with grizzly hackle, sparse Grey squirrel or fox squirrel tail.

    Hands down, The Gray Ghost pattern. It’s put more fish in the boat for me than any other. Lots of slight variations make it continue to produce. Bare lead head, gray chenille body and a gray hackle or maribou tail with a piece or two of flash. Quick, basic and effective.

    Not a big believer in colors making a big difference . I used purple/chartreuse and orange/chartruse in plastic . Not real picky on colors of hand ties color wise . These Takeums been hammering the fish !
