    was the temp when we got there , the fish were in the I don't think so mode .
    bites were so light it was just a dream if you managed to ketch a fish .
    even the bluegill were in the ole not so sure mode .
    was not a serious KABOOM in that heat out there for sure .
    but we still hurt them as we set out to do .
    better fish were shallow once again .
    small bright baits were key with a VERY slow fall rate .
    like it drug along VERY slowly or no bite at all .
    such is midday summer ketchn in Texas ......

    Every time I see those titles, I instantly think "Wow he ketched a bunch"
