Thread: More Swordtails

I was a little disappointed with the glow balls, tails are only 3/4" long so probably best with jigs with a #6 are smaller hook. Need to find some longer glow balls and a white one but no luck so far. Went fishing early both days this weekend and did pretty good experimenting with some of the different baits. Black crappie left the area and whites moved in. Water is really warm, bigger tails seem to work better. There is a big school of future slabs feeding just below and at the surface next to the dock. Only 3-4" right now.
