    Default Toddelloni

After going to the Griddle More Tour and having the Toddelloni which was everyone in my family’s favorite I decided to make it for supper tonight.

turned out really good except I forgot to add my Parmesan while it was on the griddle to melt it some.

dumped it on the top of dish before we ate. This is what was left so guess what’s for leftovers this week…lol.

I also put some sweet potato bites and chicken tenders in air fryer baskets on the griddle for the girls.

This is basically it but we used Italian sausage both mild and hot and Parmesan instead of mozzarella.

Here is a better look. There is Italian sausage (mild & hot), onions, green peppers, red peppers, cheese tortellini, spinach, garlic, variety of little gourmet tomatoes and Blackstone loaded Italian sear and serve sauce. Also added after this shot was Parmesan cheese. I've seen it done with different ingredients as well. Grilled chicken, chicken sausage links, etc. Really this can be customized a number of ways. Even use an Italian dressing for the sauce. Fresh mozzarella pearls, sun dried tomatoes, etc. I'm sure it's tasty about any way.
