We visited St. Augustine Florida. A short during the week trip. Was a lot of fun. Didn't take all the dogs so it was even better. Didn't have to worry about all them in the camper, yay. We visited the fishing pier. Some caught fish but most just were relaxing.

Wifey swam with the Dolphins at Marineland. Two of them pushed her feet and skied her on top the water. She also rode them hanging onto their dorsal fins.

We ate at Beachcombers right on the water. Great place with some of the best fish taco's I've ever had.

We took a boat tour/wine tasting thing on the inter-coastal waterway by St. Augustine. It was a lot of fun. A nice slow boat ride with an open bar, gotta love that. Kinda a neat experience talking with all the other tourists about the area and what-not. This is a really nice area with lots to do. Great good, was lots of fun. In the above pic that beer was supposed to be covered in a Billbob Koozie, but we forgot it. We had a toast on Billbob's behalf anyway. He happens to be at Michigan Crappie.com Camp, which I regretfully missed. Wifey had this trip scheduled for a long time though (over a year). It's virtually impossible to get into Anastasia State Park I guess.

And I even survived a 5k run. I have not done any runs with wifey since covid, so I thought I'd tag along and see how I felt on one. Here's my usual view from behind her. lol,,,,I made it, but I'm hurting. I'm thinking I need to do some more of these. Afterwards they even offered free beer. This is my kind of run, maybe even a run Billbob would do, run for beer! lol

My daughters grew up there so I've visited quite a few times. Life seems more relaxed on the island and just to the north at Vilano Beach.
