    Caught on a crappie jig, hooked in his mouth, with a 10-ft ACC crappie stick and 10 lb line. It was fun, reminded me of the days pulling on ocean fish.

    I can't really complain too much with what's available around me. I agree with the 6 hour drive. Thats a 3 day weekend type of trip and with gas here running $5.40 gallon and a truck that really likes its gas there wont be any distance trips in the near future.

    Todd,,,you need to move to the Midsouth,,,,price of everything is much more affordable and gas is t even close to that yet. Only maybe 4.29 a Galon for regular …
