Default Cooper river bream near Charleston

Fishing river side of old rice fields of the beautiful Cooper river with heavy boat traffic but managed quite a few nice ones. Crickets, worms and beetle spin produced fish.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Low country bream, heck yeah. Some nice fish for sure.

I like those dark colored gills, reminds me of the ones I caught in Santee Cooper as a kid.

Looks like a good time was had. Last time I had the boat out we had good luck near the cypress gardens ramp.
