    Default Taylorsville 5/5

Sorry it took so long to post, got a phone call on the way home from the lake, horse threw my wife and she broke a bone in her foot!
She will be okay in 6 weeks or so!!!

About the fish, they were slower on jigs we only got 5 keepers.
Didn't bring any minnows and caught a few on jigs about 10-12 ft deep.
Saw some caught shallow on minnows under bobbers.
Did get distracted by the hybrids and had a big-time catching 20-30 nice ones, I love the way they pull on light rods.

Ran into a Crappie.com member and talked a while as we were coming in, and learned a few things.
He had a really nice Livescope transducer mount, scrolled 270 degrees with a foot pedal.
I remembered his name right up to when I got the call LOL.

Since the bone is broken and her horses become my job to tend it's probably my last trip for a while, might try making one of those mounts for mine.
An Arduino and a 270 servo should be a way to do it.
I tend to like Green better, Taylorsville is just an hour closer.

Sorry to hear about your wife.
Nice meeting you and your buddy and glad you caught some fish.
I went ahead and pulled out after leaving you. It started to rain about the time I pulled out of the park.
Be safe and see you on the water again soon.
    Chuck.
