Jig looks good. Pretty cool seeing UV and white light on it.

With the storms coming through here like cars on the Los Angeles Freeway lately, I been pretty well stuck inside for a couple weeks. Been watching a lot of tying videos in that time. Yesterday I ventured out between torrential down pours, and checked on my fishing holes as they are fed by creeks and rivers...what a mess. Lakes are well above flood stage and so much debris, making it impossible to wet a line. It would be on top of the floating limbs, logs, grass and trash. Trapped by the high water at bridges, that were at least 8' above the water...No rain projected for the next week, so hopefully it will have a chance to recede some and clear up some.

I wanted to thank those that commented on my jig. I apologize for getting started and going a different direction this morning. Should have stayed on track about the tie.

Rained most of the day yesterday and into the night. Dodged rain storms all day building a swing frame for the MIL's Mother's day gift. I feel your pain. I wanted to go chase some shell Crackers this morning.

Looked at the weather channel today as it was a real nice day here. Thankfully NO RAIN in the forecast here till Friday night...Maybe, just maybe some of that mess will be gone. I will probably go check on it Tuesday or Wednesday.
