    Default Cultiva Micro Worm

Been putting some work in with Cultiva Microworm in recent days. Paired it up with a 1g Shimano Soare Skip Head.

Even though the cooler weather (some nights below freezing again) and some rain slowed down the bite, the worm seems to work on gills pretty well, whether jigging or under a float.

Pretty fish. I’ve had both the jig head and Cultiva worm for years. I’ve tried a lot of JDM micro plastics. Personally I’ve not had a lot of success with them. One exception was the Cultiva Ring Kick Tail. Sometimes I just open up my box of JDM plastics just to look at them….LOL. They do make a quality plastic for sure.

    Regards

I have used the Nikki worm, very similar, with great success on Crappie and Bluegill. Good catches.

Cool looking worm and it clearly does the job. Looks to be a curl tail with no curl? Pretty neat.
