Default Finally a good day on Pymatuning

Fished Pmy on Monday and finally got the skunk off me. I fished the north end shallow bays with minnows, kept 18 and probably threw back that many.

Nice. Any walleye or reports of walleye? I usually launch out of Padanaram ramp and fish the islands and bays along the west side. The crappie turned on for me last Saturday at West Branch after three consecutive weekends of 20 degrees below normal. Some nice quality fish like yours.

    Congrats on the trip.

Starting to pick up here. Caught 33 after work last night 17 over 9" most of the others around 8 to 8.5". Fish were in 25 FOW hanging around 8 to 12 feet deep. Bites were fairly light none of them were what I would call a thump.

The info in the NWPA Report claims that you need to fish the muddy bottoms.
