I was saddened to hear of Grenada legend Vic Finkley’s passing. He was a good man and a friend to everyone he met. I hope you an Cocoa are fishing together again.R.I.P. Mr. VicR.I.P. Mr. VicR.I.P. Mr. Vic

‘Ole Vic left a huge wake. He had a way of making you feel like every time you saw him, that was the best part of his day.

I recall 2019 Magnolia on Okatibbee just 3 years ago now. Beautiful on Friday. Rain and 40 degrees with 15 mph winds and gusts to 25. Me and my partner quit at 9:30. Just couldn’t take it and couldn’t get it done. Vic, by himself, fished to the last minute and won it going away. Never mind he could fish well…he was tough as nails. Me, I finished 36th and was thankful for the high setting on the heat.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

R.I.P. my friend, knew him long before I started crappie fishing all the time. One of the greastest in the fishing world, period.
    Prayers for the family.
