    Default 3-d eye sizes

What eye size is used on a 1/16 to 1/8 oz crappie jig?

Depends on the mold. 1/16 I have molds that take 4mm and others that take 5mm. Same with 1/8. Have some that are 5mm and others that are 6mm. I prefer the bigger eye and set out for molds with bigger eye.

I went to Amazon and purchased a pack that had 3 to 6 mm. Hopefully enough of those eyes will be usable. I got the reptile eyes, I thought they looked pretty cool but of course they caught me and not the fish

I agree. They are really cool. I liked the gold and black ones.

I've got a Fat Guys Free-style 1/16th, and have used 4mm and 5mm. I'm a fan of the 5mm even though they're disproportionately larger than what they'd realistically be on a baitfish that size. That said....99.9% of my fishing is done with a round head 1/32

Not a fan of the reptile eyes either. My hands aren't steady enough to stick them with proper pupil orientation lol
