For those of you that have Mega Live, Hbird has an update out for it. It says that the new update allows you to see your jig better.

Do more research into the update before you use it. I’ve read that the update for the garmin is only to be used if you’re purchasing their new LS34 model. Make sure you check out the HB update thoroughly before you do it. Not saying it’s the same but just check before you do it.
I just performed the update a little bit ago and adjusted the settings like they recommend. I did look at it in simulation mode and it's not very impressive to me. The Jig seems a little bit easier to see but in simulation the luer is falling straight down. Hopefully next weekend I can do an on the water test myself but in simulation with the recommended settings the picture is very poor and grainy in my opinion. It could just be the video itself that give such poor quality so an on the water test is definitely needed by someone.

I updated mine and hit the water. I was pulling jigs so I don’t know about the visual on the jigs but I was able to get a better picture

Rickie and I will be setting my new Mega Live off the side of my boat. Livescope stays up front. I’m going to try some new tactics where I can make it benefit multiple clients at one time. Stay tuned.
Four Helix units, Mega Live, I-pilot link, Mega 360 and I’m out of ports on my Ethernet box. Going to be adding a second box in also.
I’m thankful every day I have a cousin who loves to install and play with all the toys on my boat. You should see him on the lake when he has everything running at once. I had to buy a 12 volt, 100 amp lithium last year to run strictly electronics.
I forgot! We are dropping in a 38.4 volt, 100 amp Skinny Water lithium battery and two of their chargers also. Thanks goodness for good sponsors like Skinny Water Marine!! That one battery saved me at least 210 pounds of weight on the boat.
