Open water limit
Another fav lake opened up finally and even tho rainy had to get mine before next days cold front. Used bait for couple then spinner for final 2 which were bigger.
Here comes 2 days of artic fronts to freeze them up again.

lots of my folks, ex wives, daughters and in laws like the trout when I ketchm and it's something to do where I can go quickly with my buds in less than 30 minutes.
besides Trout, it's whats for an easy dinner.
Trophy King II
We fished a trout tourney on Taneycomo the weekend before last. Had a good time and took 2nd out of 72 boats. Crappie and trout are my two favorite species to chase in the winter months.
