When they get old enough to fish, they are already stocked with a good assortment of lures for all types of fishing.

What a great idea. I have a grandson and that might be a good idea for him.

When my eldest daughter gave me my first grandson I brought a "kiddy" rod and reel outfit to the hospital. The nurse asked what that was for, I told her it was my grandson's birthday present. I've upgraded his tackle a few times since then. He is in his late 20's now.

This is a great idea. I wish I had thought of this, when my sons were young. Now my sons and grandsons claim my stuff. Just between us in the forum, I don't really mind as long as they want to go fishing with me.

Great idea. Don't forget to get'em some slabsauce too!
