Default What Garmin bundle to buy?

    Hello everyone,

I have been reading Crappie.com forums since 2010 but I rarely post anything as I don't have the knowledge base that most have on this site. I love reading the information that is provided here and was hoping to get a little more! I have eye-balled the live scope bundles since I became aware of what they were. I have been doing research and noticed that some bundles are available for 2199.98. Is this bundle missing something that I need? What bundle do you guys recommend? I want a unit that will serve me well in the future and won't be outdated next year. Long story short, if you guys were buying a Garmin LS system in the near future what would you suggest?

Thanks to all for the info on this site!!!!

First thing I'd suggest is to look online and find the lowest price they show ..... THEN contact Brian@BBGmarine (Member Sponsor) and ask him if he can beat that price for the same bundle.

I bought my Garmin 93sv Echomap UHD & Livescope bundle from him a couple years ago for $2200 (93sv came without a transducer in the deal, but I didn't really want it as I already had a Hook 7 to use for maps/waypoints/DI, and also didn't want to have to share screen space or be switching screens. I simply wanted the screen to show only Livescope.)

I saw the same bundle, same price, but the transducer was included ... but I can't remember exactly where I saw it. Probably saw it on Facebook, but .... which is why I said to look around online first, before contacting Brian.

I would get the biggest screen you can afford. Call Brian as pappy says.

I went with the 1022 for the bigger screen and the knob. I didn’t want touch screen. Either one you chose you won’t be disappointed with the technology.

Not only can Brian (BBG Marine) beat anyone else’s price but if you are a veteran he will also give you an additional discount. More you spend the bigger the discount. He has helped me several times . He has more than earned all of my business.

Mine too. Over the years I’ve bought a Fortrex, an Ultrex, four Lowrance units, 2 Garmin and a Livescope system as well as numerous accessories.
He’s always had good prices and fast service anytime I’ve dealt with him.

I was in the same sItuation as you and finally took the leap 2 weeks ago. Like all the others mentioned, Brian at bbg gave me the absolute best deal. But I wasn’t surprised as he has done the same with all my other previous transactions.
I ran into weather delays and family illness so I am just now getting to install.
One more thing to mention, count to spend some more $.
I needed another battery, some wire, and pole mount.
Granted no where near the cost of the livescope but everything is getting pricey now. Even the pvc for my homemade (cheap) transducer pole cost more than I had planned.
