    Default First time making 1/4 oz


    Made some big jobs today using my favorite chenille called mayfly and some red/ brown bucktail. Looks pretty amazing with colors being so Big. Ought to bring in some serious thumps. Whatcha think?

    Thanks jack,,,those bucktail work great on 3 lbers round here during the spawn,,,I generally use blue/ chartreuse though and 1/8 oz jigheads,,,these ought to bring in them 5 lbers,,,lol

    Sweet jigs right there. Don't know anything about 3 to 5 lb. jigs but that jig combo will flat knock the tail fins of walleye trying to get to it.

    They look great. I have a couple dozen unpainted 1/4 oz jigheads Im going to be painting and tying up before spring.
