large knives for large fish .small knives for small fish .
we use them big ole swords on salmon .

I like a 7'' blade but helps to be real sharp . I use mostly the tip till I remove the skin off the fillet . I clean mostly bigger fish but even then I don't like bigger blades .

sharp , thin and fexible are key if it isn't an electric knife

At the rate I keep fish. I only have to charge the batteries once a year
