    When does it close? The website says November 30th, but the sign at the ramp says October 30th I believe.

    I looked it up and your right but could be a mistake . Call the office to be sure . Here local refuge closes to fishing on Oct 31 and boat ramps have locking gates . Hunting with Archery does not close that early .
