When we make our monthly grocery run to Wal Mart etc I make a stroll through the fishing aisle. Never a bad time to buy fishing gear. Last spring the shelves were bare and stayed that way well into summer.

I remember that. It was odd seeing all the empty slots, and I’m sure they were selling off old stock.

I have seen some news on that. I read somewhere Costco had container ships just out from port holding them and wouldn't uoad them until Christmas season so they would have things to sale then

just wonderful news , and it rained like heck where I went yesterday , and the fish were really difficult to ketch .....
but there is always a bright spot in all news , if they won't bite I wont need any tackle ....right ....?
