Interrupting one of my casts with a loud inhalation of air, I was mildly surprised but an uninvited, unannounced guest not !0 feet off the TRANSOM of my boat1 He casually swam closer, and actually nudged my motor with his Nose as if to say Move along little Dougie, these here are my waters you're a workin'! No Reds, no Flounder, no Snook, but I limit of 5 keeper-Trout found "cooler-time". Two real-nice Grunt made the party as did ONE cutie-pie(saw about 8 "nibblers") = PITA.PUFFER! Decent amount of undersized species found freedom...but the CREAM was about to be revealed on the return to Port. On my way out, I strategically placed the 5 Pots in some of my more successful areas. Only two boats were even seen that day, with dolphin enthusiastically playing/hunting, and the mullet were proudly displaying their aerobic skills. 37 Jumbo, male CRABS were welcomed to the party and the boat-loading/40 minute drive-home ritual had claimed it's turn.

Those crabs were steamed to perfection. Coors light is my favorite beer. Darn, I wish we were neighbors. The crabs and the puffers would be in big trouble.

Thanks Tim for BD wish...actually, after witnessing tourists feeding them many years ago, I HAVE personally hand-fed them LETTUCE/CABBAGE leaves. Wish I had some on Tuesday! They are very polite/delicate in their "take".
