Default Key Largo Christ Statue Dive

Went diving with wifey to the Christ Statue in Key Largo. We went to this location about 5 years ago, and thought it might be cool to see if anything has changed. Conditions were a tad choppy, but doable. and the clarity was good as well. Check it out. Its related to fishing cause we seen fish, and I was wishin I had my fishing rod!

It was a cool adventure. I had not dived in a year and the first dive was a mess (we did two dives). My weights were not correct, my mask was leaking. If things are not right, scuba diving is a chore it seems like. I was breathing hard to keep down, the bubbles were going in my mask along with salt water making my eyes sting. I forgot why I was supposed to enjoy doing this! doh. Well, I went up and added weight, and finished the dive. I fixed my mask for the second dive, and that dive was way awesome. Now I remember why I do this. Awesome beauty down there for sure, check out the pics.

I have always wanted to dive on some of the old Spanish wrecks.
