Sardines? Those are expensive. I have a raccoon and skunk problem, and I use any fish flavored cat food. One brand at Walmart is 25¢ a can.

Cats will not enter but once. Bait up and it will shy away.

Good. I am after the black one. The Mil's cat usually stays home during the day

You'll prolly find your next victim might very well be a 'possum or a 'coon. I guarantee you I could catch one or the other (and several neighborhood cats) every night for several weeks around here.
They all drive my Plott hound puppy crazy whenever she crosses one of their trails... which seems like every time I take her out to walk her.

The Shepard has a nose on her. Those the Black cat has started hanging around under the wife's SUV. When she takes the dogs out they drag her around trying to chase the cat down when it runs.
